Reference Collections, Archives , and Libraries

This website can only provide a glimpse at our various collections and archives. This section, too, refers only to our most important special collections. They are maintained for internal reference purposes, but available to any visitor coming to see us, on appointment. Moreover we try to help if you need some information and if researching does not take too much of time. This service is, of course, free of charge although donations are always welcome.
Some of the lists show not only what we have but also what we need to complete the files. Please check out whether you might have some spares or dupes to donate.

Our Database Files

It took and still takes many thousand working hours to compile, maintain and update our database files. We use professional documentation software offering the most sophisticated research functions for any number of keywords in any possible combination. Nickname "Uhu" e.g. will immediately lead to D4AGB - and so will "Otto+WAC ("My buddy's first name was Otto, and I remember he was amongst the first ones to get a WAC award.") - it will lead to the data file shown in our picture.
